3 Things I did Yesterday that…well…felt good!
1. Made Dinner. And let me say it was DELICIOUS…and only around 150 Calories (how you like me now healthy eaters?) It was a pasta sauce I found on one of my favorite healthy recipe sites and “doctored it up” a bit as my pal Robert says.

2. Read a Self Help Book. I’m not ashamed. Sometimes I need a little pick me up. A little boost. Someone to remind me it’s all going to be OK and point me in the direction out of the slump. Because Like Dr. Seuss says, “Unslumping yourself is not easily done.” I recommend The Bounce Back Book! It’s awesome. Although Tip #30 is Time Travel…and to my friends that means something COMPLETELY different than what she means. So Alysa, maybe skip over that one if you read the book =)
3. Wear a tiara. Yep! I’m going back to my former pageant & Prom Queen days. I wore it. I felt like a queen. AND IT FELT GOOD!
