Happy New Year!

2012 is OVER! And if you share my sentiments…GOOD RIDDANCE!

I rang in the New Year with my co-workers, best friends, and lots of wine! Great way to kick 2013 off! Per usual, I came up with a list of resolutions. This year is going to be different…in such an amazing way!

Instead of making resolutions that I know I would break within a week, I stuck with things that I can actually follow through on. Some will be harder than others, but I’m willing to take on the challenge.

In no particular order…

* Let go of grudges. I have grudges I’ve been holding since I was 16 years old. Seriously time to let go of those. They are poison to my soul and I’m not here for it this year!

* Count My Blessings. I have a lot of things to be grateful for. I tend to take them for granted or forget how amazing life really is. Every day I’m going to write down at least one thing I’m grateful for.

* Be Nicer To My Body. I’m not going to go on a diet…I am going to start watching the food I eat just to make myself healthier. It’s not about counting calories or losing weight (although I wouldn’t be mad at that) it’s about being a healthier me. If I’m sick, I will go to the doctor instead of trying to wait it out. I’m going to stop washing my face with hand soap…yea yea I know. It’s horrible for you. Everytime I get a facial I get yelled at. Little things like that.

* Travel more. I travel a lot…but I always end up going to the SAME places. So this year, new destinations! I’ve got 3 trips planned already- Atlanta, New Orleans for my 30th birthday (eeeeeeek! I’m going to be 30!), and I’m 99% sure the fam is meeting in Hawaii for Christmas in 2013.

Any New Year’s Resolutions for you?

Well let's see, Don't think I could live without Bacon, BritneySpears, Hair Extensions, Hallmark,& Ketchup. OH & wine. So I usually post about those things
