New Year-New Diet

This Paleo diet and 40 Day Challenge at Iron Tribe Fitness (Mount Pleasant) got me preppin, making my own condiments, and jam!

Yes the loaf of bread cost $14 (on sale for $10 at Whole Foods right now) and in all I spent about $200 to DIY sauces and it would have cost about $35 to buy the normal products ALL IN PEOPLE ALL IN!

I found some really amazing recipes on The ketchup (while it doesn’t taste anything like Heinz or Hunts) is a really good dipping sauce, my relish is fermenting so I’m not sure how that is going to turn out, and the jam is to die for! I don’t think I’ll be buying Smuckers anymore. I don’t eat a lot of jam but from now on, when I do, it will be homemade!

And it reminds me of my favorite cheesy radio line “Don’t touch that dial it’s got JAMMMMMMMMM all over it”

SIDENOTE- If you are doing a Paleo Diet, DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT, buy the paleo bread. IT IS AWFUL! I’d rather be bread free than spend 14 cents let alone $14 on that bread.
