Out Of The Hood…and Then Back To It!

Every other Friday Allison and I go on some sort of adventure. We’ve had lunch at Graffiato’s, drank prosecco while getting our nails done, and tried to ride on the back of a FED EX truck (don’t ask).

This past Friday (3/2) we decided to go SHOPPING! The Forever 21 is 3 stories and has EVERYTHING! An hour and a half of trying on items on each floor and I walked away with a Blazer, 5 tops, earrings, glasses, and an umbrella (it started raining) for $100!  Al walked away with nothing…how does she do it?!?!?! After Forever 21, we went to H&M to stare at the beautiful David Beckham and hopefully find a few more inexpensive gems! Sure enough, I got a pair of sweatpants, sweater, and dress…and Al got nothing! AGAIN…HOW DOES SHE DO THAT?!!?!?!?

We we’re starving and exhausted after the rigorous work out I like to call shopping. I’m not kidding about the work out. My arms were sore from carrying around all of the clothes we were trying on and I’m not gonna lie I broke a sweat trying on all of the outfits! So we went to Zengo…it was packed and we wanted to sit down…so we left. We went to Clydes…it was packed and we wanted to sit down…so we left. We went to Bar Louie and right before we were about to walk out a table opened! 2 martinis and some hummus and we were ready to head back to the hood. Sometimes (especially after a week of going out), it’s just  nice to go home. So where did we end up? District 2 =)

Of course, Kenny, Trace, and Joe were there and shortly after we arrived Dave and The Rob’s made an appearance. Life was complete. The drinks continued to flow, we caught up on the happenings in Cathedral Heights, I showed off my new purchases, and the boys played dress up! (Trace in my new earrings and Kenny in my new glasses)

Well let's see, Don't think I could live without Bacon, BritneySpears, Hair Extensions, Hallmark,& Ketchup. OH & wine. So I usually post about those things
