Out Of The Hood- Supper Club & Georgetown

It was Stephanie’s Half Birthday (yep even my friends like to celebrate their half birthdays!) and time for Supper Club. I would like to state for the record that I DID NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION. It was Stephanie’s day so she got to choose…and she chose…Cactus Cantina (which is conviniently located across the street from my house next to District 2…I know I know it’s not out of the hood BUT I had no choice and I’m not going to lie I was happy! One I love GUAC and 2 it’s across the street). I’m not cheating and counting this BECAUSE right before dinner I got a surprise text from an old pal saying they were in town and wanted to meet for a drink in Georgetown! It was a pleasant yet shocking surprise (being that I haven’t talked to this person in over a year) and he was going to be at Paolo’s A NEW LOCATION! This was a win win! Catch up with an old pal and hit up a new location.

I hung out for an hour or so…chatted about old times, mutual friends, and our lives now. It was nice. I thought it might be a little awkward considering it had been so long since we had seen each other but it was pretty great. AND I LOVE PAOLO’S! One great thing about leaving the neighborhood and trying new things is you are introduced to a new world that you didn’t even know existed! Sometimes it’s meh and you wish you would have just stayed in the comfort zone and sometimes it’s awesome and you find a new location! This time was awesome!

Well let's see, Don't think I could live without Bacon, BritneySpears, Hair Extensions, Hallmark,& Ketchup. OH & wine. So I usually post about those things
