Being that I am constantly on some sort of eating plan chocolate doesnâ€™t normally factor into my diet. I know that most trainers/nutritionists will say itâ€™s ok to have things every once in a while in moderation, but I know with chocolate I donâ€™t know what â€œMODERATIONâ€ means so I try my best to avoid it.
On International Chocolate Day not only did I eat some chocolate chips, I didnâ€™t feel guilty about it. I enjoyed every morsel with no remorse. YUMMY!
