Being that I am constantly on some sort of eating plan chocolate doesn’t normally factor into my diet. I know that most trainers/nutritionists will say it’s ok to have things every once in a while in moderation, but I know with chocolate I don’t know what “MODERATION†means so I try my best to avoid it.
On International Chocolate Day not only did I eat some chocolate chips, I didn’t feel guilty about it. I enjoyed every morsel with no remorse. YUMMY!
